Travis Barker

Hi everyone!
Today I'm going to talk about my favourite drummer Travis Barker.
He was born the 14th of November on 1975 in Fontana (California).
All the people know him as a drummer but he has a clothes shop (Famous Stars and Straps), also he has a stamp record ( LaSalle Records ) that it belong to Atlantic Records and he has a restaurant too in Norco (California).
Well, Travis has been in a lot of bands. Him style is Punk rock, Punk pop, Rock alternative and Hip hop. It's amazing! He has recorded thirsty two times with a lot of people as Avril Lavigne, Rihanna, Lil Wayne, Pink and much others...
Now he's on +44 with him friend Mark.
They were be in famous in Blink 182 with Tom but they felt out and splited up. But in Blink 182 Official Site there is a video that we can see Travis, Mark and Tom playing and doing a jokes, maybe they'll return! It'd be a dream...
Travis had a plane accident the last 19th of September on 2008 in Carolina del Sur. There were six people on the plane and just survive he and one disc jockey, Adam Goldstein. They burned and stayed on the hospital for ten days, before he could play the drums again!

Yesterday

Hi everyone!

Today's raining and I going to talk about what I did yesterday.

I woke up on Max's home and we were playing guitar and piano, later we had lunch and went to Maxim's home to go to Kevin's home.

When we arrived we were tired but we must rehearse a lot because we didn't rehearse last week. Then we played a lot of songs but it was a bad rehearse and we thought to go to anywhere where we can play cards and drink anything. Suddenly, Max said: "we can go to Coyote's Bar", Maxim, Kevin and Me agree and we went to that Bar.

After we were walking to Mcdonalds for eat a hamburger and went off to the cinema because our parents believed that we were on this place but it was a lie.

When we arrived to Kevin's home we guffawed while we were listening a stupid songs!

It was a fantastic day and I hope we'll return to do the same.

The Beatles

Hi people!
Happy New Year for everybody! and today I'm going to talk about the Beatles.

It was a great rock band and it is the sellest CD's band that never had exist, they sold more than 1.000.000.000 CDs.
The components of the rock band were John Lennon (guitar and vocal), Paul McCartney (guitar and vocal), George Harrison (guitar), Ringo Starr (drums).
This band was born in Liverpool in 1957.
I love this band, it has a lot of great songs and the members write songs about beautiful things, universal and real topics and much more...
I become to listen the Beatles when Max showed me in his bedroom while he was telling me their story, suddenly I felt very good listening Hey_Jude. After I was listening all the singles and I fell in love...

Much films have a lot of songs of The Beatles but the best film is Across_the_Universe. Be careful! You might cry a lot...

Finally, I've to say that you must to listen some song of The Beatles in your life, if you don't listen anyone. You're going to feel better, believe me!

Holidays

Hi everyone!
Today I'm going to talk about Holidays, exactly my holidays.

I think about them every day until they come.
Christmas holidays are very beautiful because it's Christmas and everyone are happy and we're waiting our presents and fabulous parties.

I won't celebrate Christimas on this holidays because my aunt has died and my fathers said me - Chris, you must celebrate a bit the Christmas but not much. So, it doesn't matter...
On this dates I started to play with my rock band and we'll celebrate our birthday! we're goint to go a Captain's bar to celebrate it! It'll be a fantastic night.
Lottery it's coming and my hope to be rich is increasing. But I think we won't win much money... Every year success the same.

Normally, I've dinner with my family on 25th (Christmas Day) and with my friend on 31st (New Year's Eve). Both of them are very interesting because we've a lot of conversations, we drink a lot and we finish the parties drunkard.

Finally, on 6th of January we do the Three Kings every year and "they" will carry some presents for all the family, I feel good when we open presents on this day.


So, That's all.

Christmas Day

Hello Everybody,

today I'm going to talk about Christmas Day, it's a important day because I believe Crist was killed on 25th of December and we celebrate that every year. The cities usually hang a Christmas lamps as candles, Christmas trees...

In this date we usually have dinner with our families and after we go to the disco, parties...

And the best thing of the day is the people buy some presents to their mother, father, sisters, brothers, grandmothers, grandfathers, cousin, daughter, son...

Finally, I think the Christmas Day is a fabolous day because usually you meet with all of your family.

Here you're a Christmas tree where we put the presents before somebody open his present.

The Drums

Hi people!

I'm going to talk about the drums. There are toms, snare, bass drum, cymbals and we played the drums with sticks.

Its materials are wood, aluminium and kinds of plastic.

The best label of the drums are: Pearl, Yamaha, Tama, Mapex, Ludwig, Dw, Sonor and Premier.

The toms, snare and bass drum are clasificated about Inch. Exemple: 10" x 08", 20" x 18"...

The cymbal are clasificated about Inch too, but it's different that toms, snare and bass drum.

There are Splash (until 12"), Crash (for 13" to 18"), Ride (for 20" to 22" or more), Hi-hat (for 12" to 15" but there are two cymbals in one), China ( all the inch but it has a special sound).

We played bass drum using a pedal and when we want to up one of the hit-hat cymbal we've to use an other pedal.

There are more signature products like mike mangini snare, joey jordisson drums...

That's it, now you've to coordinate your arms and your legs and make a good beat!

My last concert

Hi everybody!
I'm going to talk about my last concert.
It was very very big and spectacular concert! We played with 10,000W! Amazing!
We played with an other bands: D-piedra, Hurricane and Cesaree.
Before I ascented the upstairs I was nervous and drunkard but I played the drums very very well! I didn't do any wrong.
It was spectacular because the people shouted a lot, the sound was great and we wore nice clothes and we moved a lot.
After our actuation I drank a lot and I was talking with a lot of people about our band and our music, they said: " You're the best band! I hope you're going to be famous!" or an other things very similar.

So, It was an other good experience and I think that's the biggest concert I do by the moment...
